This is a dramatic oil, earth pigment and charcoal painting. The natural pigments of yellow and red ochres are so appropriate in this subject. It was inspired by the many layers, lines and patterns in a rock face.

Big Rocks looks great in any setting and would be a perfect addition to any home. It was selected for exhibition in May 2021 by the Royal Birmingham Society of Artists.
